How long does it take to get a mug completed?
Once you have approved the template that we will send you, the mug will be made within 24 hours.
Are these mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our ceramic mugs and steins are dishwasher and microwave safe. These mugs can be washed in a dishwasher, and the image will not be distorted. Our stainless steel mugs are not dishwasher safe and should not be put in a microwave.
How big of an area can you put pictures and text on?
All our pricing is based on a complete wrap-around. On the 11 oz. mug, that will leave you and area of 8” x 3 ½” for your choice of pictures and/or text.
Can I get my business card put on a mug?
Yes, we can put part or all of your business card on a mug.
Will the pictures on the mug fade in time?
No, the pictures will not fade. We use the best and the hardest coated ceramic mugs that are available, and the heat system that we use permanently imprints the image into the mug. The image is not stamped on, so it will not fade or come off.
What kind of payment is accepted?
You can pay at our order form by using your credit card through PayPal’s secure server. You can also send us a money order, cashier’s check, or certified check.
Can I order over the phone?
You can place an order over the phone; however, we will not start working on the order until payment is received.
Can I have an item sent to someone as a gift?
Yes, definitely. We do not include pricing information or a packing slip in the gift boxes.
We will even be happy to send a gift card with your note on it for you.
